Group Companies & Promoter’s Brief Profile:
Group started its foray in to Automotive Business at Chennai in the year 1989 with a dealership for Yamaha Motor.
In the year 1991, we were awarded with C&F operations for Yamaha Motor for the state of Tamil Nadu. We continued with Yamaha till the year 2000 and in 2001 we were awarded with Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India Pvt Ltd dealership at Chennai. We discontinued our association with Yamaha then.
In the year 2007 we acquired the dealership for HMSI (Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India Pvt Ltd.) at Hyderabad city which made our Honda 2 wheelers dealership to operate in two of the major cities Chennai and Hyderabad. Presently we have a large operation base for HMSI with 9 branches each in Chennai and Hyderabad making "JSP Honda" a household name in both the cities.
In the year 2017 we acquired the existing dealership for Ford Motor at Bengaluru operating with 2 Showrooms and 3 Workshops.
In the late 2018, we were awarded with the BMW Motorrad dealership for Telangana operating the Showroom & Workshop facility at the prime location, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad extending our reach to Vijayawada (Andhra Pradesh) which has started its operations in April 2021.
In the year 2019, we were awarded the Kia Motors dealership in Bangalore operating with 2 Showrooms and 1 Workshop.
In the year 2020, we were awarded for BIG Wings and subsequently in the year 2021, we were given the dealership for Hyundai for 2 Showrooms and 1 workshop in the prime location of Hyderabad.
During our tenure we have achieved tremendous recognition from our customers for our constant commitment and dedication towards customer satisfaction. We are constantly evolving ourselves in this competitive automobile arena to maintain high standards and keep our customer base growing. Over the period in this industry we have gained a reputation for excellent after sales service in all the 3 Cities – Hyderabad, Chennai & Bengaluru.

Background of the Promoter -
Mr. Sudharsan Ponraj

He is the Managing & Whole time Partner of the JSP Automotive, Hyderabad. He has over 20 years of Automobile Industry experience. As the Managing Partner, he has overall strategic and operational responsibility for the entire portfolio of the Company’s offerings.
He oversees the key functions of business enablement. Since joining JSP Group in 2000-2001, he has held a number of senior leadership roles including Chief Executive Officer and Managing Partner, Head of Business Management Services and Financial matters.
He is also Director in JSP 4 Wheelers Pvt Ltd (Ford Motor Passenger Cars Dealership), Bangalore and Director of JSP Motorrad, Hyderabad, Telangana.
Mr. Sudharsan holds a degree in BSC from Chennai University, India.
